Carpenter/ Joiner

Wage: Weekly PAYE. Hourly rate to be agreed, depending on experience

Hours: 8.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday, overtime available

Duration: Permanent

Details:

Experienced multi skilled Carpenter required to work across projects throughout the South West. You will be required to undertake all aspects of 1st & 2nd Fix carpentry. A high standard of workmanship is expected.

Requirements: *CSCS card preferred*, *Carpentry Qualification*, *Own hand/ power tools*.

DBS check preferable. If required cost to be met by employer.

Estimator / Surveyor (March 2019)

Due to retirement, MBS is looking for an experienced Estimator / Surveyor to commence March 2019, based at our office in Paignton, Devon. Ideally, you will have worked on projects including General Construction, Refurbishment, Renovation and Conversion etc.

Our company has projects ranging from £5k to 2.5m in sectors such as, but not limited to :- Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Commercial Residential, Care & retirement Homes, Private Residential etc.

Duration :- Permanent

Wage :- Dependent on experience (5yrs minimum preferred)

Qualifications :- Appropriate for the role, CSCS Card, (current DBS for schools & hospitals preferred but not a necessity)

Other :- Full UK Driving Licence
